透过网上的律师网友终于搞清楚,只要屋子是所指的价格或以下(2010-2012是350千,2012-2014是400千),不管是S&P还是贷款的印花税都是可以拿到50%折扣。。。不过需要以下条件:
1)买的屋子是residential而不是commercial title的屋子
2)买价不超过指定价格(2010-2012是350千,2012-2014是400千)
3)买家没有拥有任何residential title产业
4)买家是马来西亚公民
5)印花税50%折扣有效期限内申请(2010-2012是350千,2012-2014是400千)
6)只能申请折扣一次
